58jil Terms and Conditions – Know the Rules Before You Play

These Terms take effect the moment you access 58jil.best, create a player account, or use any service offered by 58jil — whichever comes first. Your continued use of the platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 58jil will notify players of material changes via email and platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read alongside the 58jil Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and apply with equal force. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless a specific policy document explicitly states otherwise.

If you are accessing 58jil on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. 58jil operates a strict one-account-per-person policy — multiple accounts registered to the same individual are a breach of these Terms regardless of who accepts them.

To register and use 58jil, you must meet all of the following criteria without exception:

Each individual may register only one 58jil account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — are a breach of these Terms. 58jil uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate registrations. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances, including winnings and bonuses, may be forfeited at 58jil's discretion.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false registration information, including a false date of birth, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure. It is your responsibility to keep your registration details up to date. You can update your information through your 58jil account settings or by contacting support at support@58jil.best.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 58jil login credentials. 58jil will never ask you for your password via Live Chat, email, or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact 58jil support immediately. 58jil will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to keep your credentials secure.

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with other websites.
• Enable two-factor authentication in your account security settings.
• Log out of 58jil when using shared or public devices.
• Never share your login credentials with another person, including family members.
• Never allow a third party to manage or place bets on your account.

58jil accepts deposits from the following Philippine payment methods only. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱). 58jil does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

All deposit funds must come from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, unverified sources, or accounts belonging to other individuals are strictly prohibited. 58jil reserves the right to return deposits and request source-of-funds documentation at any time as part of compliance requirements.

58jil does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed in our current approved payments list. Attempting to deposit via an unapproved method may result in the funds being returned minus any applicable processing fees charged by the payment provider.

58jil processes withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within 5 to 30 minutes in most cases, 24 hours a day. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay are typically processed within the same business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts; unverified accounts are subject to a ₱10,000 cumulative withdrawal limit pending verification.

Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible — this is a standard anti-money laundering requirement, not a restriction. If your deposit method does not support withdrawals, you may request a withdrawal to a different verified account in your own name. 58jil does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending identity verification if your account has not yet completed KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation, if there is unusual account activity, or if your withdrawal request triggers a compliance review. In these cases, 58jil will notify you via email and support will assist in resolving the hold as efficiently as possible. 58jil aims to resolve standard verification holds within 48 hours.

58jil offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions. Each bonus has specific terms attached to it, displayed at the point of claiming. The following general bonus rules apply across all 58jil promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

Referral rewards credited through the 58jil Refer a Friend programme are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to standard account verification and withdrawal terms above.

All sports bets placed on 58jil are subject to the specific betting rules displayed for each sport and market at the time of bet placement. General rules applying to all sports betting on 58jil are as follows.

Bets placed on 58jil are final once confirmed. A bet confirmation appears on screen and is sent to your account bet history immediately after placement. It is your responsibility to check your bet slip and confirm all details before submitting. 58jil will not void bets based on player error — incorrect selection, wrong team, wrong market — where the bet was placed correctly on the platform.

In the event of match postponement or abandonment, 58jil follows standard market-specific settlement rules. For most football and basketball markets, bets on a postponed match are voided and stakes returned if the event does not begin within 24 hours of the original scheduled kick-off. Live bets on an abandoned match are voided and stakes returned unless the market was already determined prior to the abandonment. 58jil reserves the right to void any bet where the result was influenced by irregular activity, corruption, or where odds were clearly published in error. In the event of a pricing error, 58jil will notify affected players and offer either the void of the bet with stake returned, or settlement at the correct price — whichever is more appropriate given the circumstances.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 58jil. Any player found engaging in these activities will have their account suspended and funds reviewed. Legal action may be pursued where applicable under Philippine law.

• Registering more than one account on 58jil under any name or identity.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials.
• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate any 58jil game, bet, or outcome through technical means, software, or collusion.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or other software to place bets or interact with the 58jil platform in any non-human manner.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes — these must be reported to support immediately, not exploited.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to guarantee profit from bonus offers or pricing inconsistencies in a manner inconsistent with genuine player behaviour.
• Money laundering or using 58jil for any transaction designed to conceal the origin of funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 58jil staff or other platform users in any communication channel.
• Providing false or misleading information in any communication with 58jil including support, verification, and dispute processes.
• Accessing or using 58jil from a jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited under local law, where applicable.

58jil is committed to providing a safe betting environment. Gambling should be enjoyable entertainment — not a source of financial stress or a coping mechanism for personal difficulties. 58jil provides the following responsible gaming tools which all players are encouraged to use proactively.

All responsible gaming tool requests made through 58jil's support team are actioned within 24 hours, and requests to lower deposit limits or activate cooling-off/self-exclusion take effect immediately. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use 58jil solely for personal, non-commercial online betting purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any 58jil content without our express prior written permission. Scraping, harvesting, or systematically extracting data from the 58jil platform using automated tools is strictly prohibited. The 58jil brand, logo, and trade marks may not be used in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorisation from 58jil.

58jil provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and accuracy, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption or error. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated to players in advance where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 58jil's total liability to you in connection with any claims arising out of your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your 58jil account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 58jil shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature, including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

58jil is not liable for losses arising from: your failure to keep your account credentials secure; actions taken by 58jil in good faith compliance with anti-money laundering, fraud prevention, or regulatory obligations; the actions of third-party payment processors; or events beyond 58jil's reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, or internet infrastructure failures.

58jil reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or match fixing; failure to complete identity verification; provision of false information; or any behaviour that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of 58jil staff and other players.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, 58jil may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that the breach was material, 58jil reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the account balance in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. Players will be notified of the outcome and may appeal through our formal dispute resolution process by contacting support@58jil.best.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their 58jil account may do so at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of outstanding verification requirements.

58jil reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — will be communicated via email to your registered address and via a platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Non-material changes such as formatting, typo corrections, or clarifications may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the 58jil platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange closure of your account and return of your balance before the effective date. 58jil will maintain a record of the previous version of these Terms available upon request.
